Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases from All Swedish Candy (allswedishcandy.com and alltgodis.se), operated by The Swedish Candy Group AB, Nybynasvagen 3, 725 97 Vasteras, Sweden. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Products: We sell Swedish candy and confectionery. Product images are illustrative and packaging may vary. Allergen and ingredient information is shown on the product packaging.

Pricing and payment: Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Payment is taken when the order is placed. We may cancel orders affected by pricing or stock errors.

Shipping and delivery: Orders are dispatched from Sweden. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier and destination. Customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes where they apply.

Refunds: We do not refund any purchases other than if something arrives damaged. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at jesper@allswedishcandy.com with your order number and clear photos. See our Refund policy for details.

Wholesale: Products bought at wholesale prices may be resold by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for compliance with local food labelling and import rules.

Intellectual property: All content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to The Swedish Candy Group AB or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability: To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.

Governing law: These terms are governed by Swedish law.
