Mobile Terms of Service (SMS)

These Mobile Terms of Service explain how The Swedish Candy Group AB ("All Swedish Candy", "we", "us") sends text messages (SMS/MMS) to customers who choose to receive them. By signing up for our text messages you agree to these terms and to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Program description and message types

If you opt in, we may send you marketing and customer-care text messages, such as welcome messages, promotions and discount codes, new product and seasonal announcements, back-in-stock alerts, abandoned cart reminders, and order and shipping updates.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You can expect up to 4 marketing messages per month, plus order-related messages when you place an order.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and your plan. We do not charge for our text messages, but your carrier may charge you for sending and receiving them.

How to opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number in a sign-up form on our website or at checkout and agreeing to receive text messages from us, or by texting a keyword we advertise to our number. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message and you will be unsubscribed and receive one final confirmation message. After that you will not receive further text messages from us unless you sign up again. You can also contact us at the address below to be removed.

Supported carriers

Our messages are supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. We use your phone number only to send you the messages you signed up for and to manage your subscription. We do not sell your mobile number, and we do not share opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
